Can I return the tampons?

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our products. We want to offer you the best possible service and explain here when a return or refund is possible:

 We offer a refund in the following cases:

• Medical reaction: If you had a medical reaction to the tampons. Please contact your doctor. And please also inform us in this case.

• Order not received: If your order did not arrive.

• Presumed defective products: Our tampons deliberately contain no bleaching agents. Should you notice any discoloration, this comes from the CBD oil – this is completely normal and does not affect safety. If there is a product defect nonetheless, please contact us.

• Cancellation before shipping: If you have already paid, but your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to cancel it.

Partial refunds are possible if:

• Damaged packaging: The packaging of your order was heavily damaged upon delivery. Please send us photos so that we can understand the situation.

• Bundle cancellation: You would like to cancel your subscription, but the current box has already been shipped.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if:

• Subjective assessment: You felt that the absorbency of the tampons was insufficient.
